Who we are
Rincon India Solutions Private Limited was established on June 26, 1998, starting with a small rented office in central Mumbai and a small team of employees.
We initially focused on selling fax boards and fax server software, and as we provided robust products and quality support services, our business began to grow.
In 2006, we moved to our own premises. Our goal has always been to understand our customers’ needs and address them by offering a variety of products and technologies, as well as software development services.
In addition to our enterprise fax solutions, which include Opentext XMFax, Oceanfax, and Equisys’ Zetafax, we also offer solutions for business process management and document management using File Director from Spielberg Software, Germany.
In response to the rapidly expanding healthcare industry, we decided to expand our offerings by introducing technology solutions for healthcare. Our selection includes
- Wireless nurse call systems from Solt of South Korea and Medicare of the UK
- IoT solutions for monitoring temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and carbon dioxide levels from Eupry
- Vein-to-vein solutions from HealthRFID in Australia
- Gravity-based infusion rate monitoring (DripAssist) from ShiftLabs in the USA
- Fall prevention and wander management systems from Smart Caregiver in the USA
- Queue management systems
- Infant protection systems.
Our customer base includes over 500 clients in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and we also offer services such as software development, robotic process automation, fixed asset auditing, data analytics, and document scanning.
Additionally, we take corporate responsibility seriously and strive to promote a greener future and reduce the effects of global warming, working closely with our customers to achieve this goal.
