We have been the fax experts since 1998 with a host of customers from different verticals to our credit. We have automated their fax delivery mechanisms and have also helped them with compliance requirements, especially in the BFSI vertical.

Having received information either as an image / fax, e mail or say as a .doc or such file, the next challenge is to process it and then archive it for future retrieval. To cater to this need, we have a Business Process Management (BPM) solution to process the information as per business rules. We then push it into a document management solution (DMS) for archival and retrieval. Both BPM and DMS are independent solutions but can work together as well.

The Mail management tool helps organisations receiving a lot of mails, process them as per needs. It is like a BPM solution but catering only to e mails.
